Age Classification Meeting

• 7:00pm CDT - 8:30pm CDT July 14th, 2016

• HHA will be hosting the FINAL informational meeting regarding age classifications on Thursday, July 14 at 7:00 at Bergman Arena.  Below is a brief description of the topic at hand:

  This will be an Open forum meeting regarding USA Hockey age classification versus SDAHA age classification. Our association has currently been under the USA Hockey age classification for the past 2 years. USA Hockey age class has potential to move kids up to the next level of play 6 months earlier than SDAHA age class. This will determine which level of play your child will be placed in when you register him/her for hockey for the upcoming 16-17 season.

  This will be the final discussion amongst HHA members to discuss the issue before the executive board makes a decision. Regardless of the Board’s decision it will have an impact on all 120 members of the association. It is imperative that every member of the association attend this meeting.
